It Can Be Done! How I Became a Morning Class Taker

“If there is anything that I dread the most, it’s my alarm! I’m so not a morning person – I typically get up at 8:30 a.m., and I’m out the door just 20 minutes later. I shower at night and eat my breakfast on the go just so I don’t have to sacrifice any sleep.

After a long run of nonstop fitness classes, I decided it was time for a rest day…in the form of a Sunday morning hot yoga-Pilates combo class (that’s what happens when you’re addicted to fitness). Before heading out to this studio for the first time, I did some research and saw that they don’t offer the yoga-lates class at the time I had signed up for.
