Whether they’re on the nice list or the naughty list, your sweatiest friend definitely has a wish list! Rev up her workouts and cool downs with this holiday gift guide of essential, affordable, and sweat-approved swag.
S’well water bottle, $25-$45
No matter what type of class you’re taking, you should be chugging your water. S’well bottles are not only practical (they keep liquids cold for 24 hours and hot for 12 hours without any condensation) but they’re also the perfect accessory. Available in so many colors, prints, and finishes, it’ll be hard to settle on just one.
Nutribullet, $89.99-$199.99
I wish I could afford to swing by my favorite smoothie shop on the way home from every workout but I can’t. Enter my Nutribullet. It couldn’t be easier to use, just pop in your favorite fruits and veggies, some liquid, and blend! It’s the perfect size for an individual smoothie and has minimal cleanup.
Onzie Mesh Track Leggings, $63
Athleisure is the new black. Leggings with mesh can easily go from day to night and even help your skin breathe during sweat sessions while looking très chic. I love the Onzie ones above, but have also purchased some gorgeous options from Lululemon and Fabletics!
“Barre So Hard.” sticky socks from PopPhysique, $12
Every pseudo ballerina could use a fresh pair of sticky socks to hold that plank even stronger in class. With so many adorable phrases on the market, you’ll fill up your cart pretty quickly. Don’t forget a snap a foot-selfie before class!
Graphic Tanks by Target, $12.99
Leggings paired with a graphic tank should be a weekend uniform. Not only are they super comfy, but also their phrases range from adorable to motivational to hilarious. You’re guaranteed to make a statement and snap some Insta-worthy pics along the way.
Paderno Spiralizer 4-blade, $49.95 We get it, carbs are bad for you. Thankfully, some genius came up with the idea of turning veggies into spaghetti look-a-likes that instantly trick our brains and our tummies! My personal favorites are zoodles (zucchini noodles) with pesto and baked swoodle (sweet potato noodle) fries! You can’t go wrong with this spiralizer, a big upgrade from the hand-held Veggetti that has trouble with harder vegetables.
Fitness classes, $10+
As a ClassPasser, there’s nothing worse than hitting that three class limit at my favorite studios. I have a few go-to studios that I always wish I could sweat at more often and the holidays are the best time to purchase class packs because many studios have flash sales with huge discounts. The best way to hear about them is to follow the studio on social media, be on their email list, or call them directly. You can also check out Gilt City or Groupon for additional deals!
Vinyasa Scarf by Lululemon, $48
This scarf comes in a variety of cute colors and with all of the ways you can wear it, you’ll never get bored. It’s the perfect cold weather accessory and comes in very handy as a blanket while traveling. Check out the website for 10 gorgeous variations from classic to unique!
DryBar gift card, $40
Just because she likes to get sweaty, doesn’t mean she doesn’t enjoy getting glammed up once in a while! DryBar is the best possible indulgence before any night on the town. For one price, a pro stylist washes and blow-dries your unruly hair. Nothing makes me feel prettier than a gorgeous do and DryBar never disappoints!
Massage Envy gift card, starting at $49.99
In the spirit of #treatyourself, there’s nothing that needs treated more than your sore, tired muscles. Massage Envy offers sports massage therapy for athletes of any kind that promotes flexibility, reduces fatigue, improves endurance, helps prevent injuries, and prepares your body and mind for optimal performance. Bonus points if you include a bottle of wine and a nice candle with the gift 🙂
Happy holidays and happy shopping!!
