I’ve been avoiding this studio because of the mandatory “rumble roller”—no idea what that is but the $45 price tag, or $5 to rent, made me a bit uncomfortable. When I realized it was on my block, I had to check it out for the mere convenience.

With that being said, outdoor workouts are extremely popular and Runyon Canyon is my hike of choice. Continue reading

This studio is brand new to the LA barre scene, replacing Pop Physique Hollywood. When they opened on January 1st, the held free classes for a week but I couldn’t make it. When Danielle Cuccio reached out via Instagram about taking one of her classes, I did some research and found that not only is she a private yoga instructor with her own wellness company, but also she writes a blog, The Beauty Blender. Danielle invited me to either Yoga Booty Ballet or Power Flow Yoga. We all know that I am not yoga’s bigger fan, so I opted for the one that included the words booty and ballet thinking it would basically be a barre class…I was completely wrong!
